National Portrait Gallery

The purpose of the National Portrait Gallery is to increase the understanding and appreciation of the Australian people – their identity, history, culture, creativity and diversity – through portraiture.

We have been working with the National Portrait Gallery since 2010 to help them better understand the expectations of visitors, and to provide research insights that can be operationalised through more sophisticated market-facing interventions.

Deutsche Post DHL

North Asia Hub

DHL offers integrated services and tailored, customer-focused solutions for managing and transporting letters, goods and information.

We worked with a team of researchers (led by Prof. Tim Coltman, Uni Wollongong) to model customer preferences for complex service goods. The research underpinning this work helped their global customer solutions team to better respond to customer expectations during competitive bidding scenarios.

National Capital Education Tourism Project

The National Capital Educational Tourism Project (NCETP) aims to increase and sustain the number of school students visiting the National Capital.

Our work with NCETP helps them to quantify the visitation by schools to Canberra. This involves the collection, analysis and reporting of monthly visitation data, and the coordination of a biennial survey of school teachers, excursion organisers and coach drivers nationally.
